16+ Supported Living
Our supported living service will be available for young people aged 16+ who are ‘looked after’ or leaving care. We aim to provide an outcome-based service has a proven track record working with a wide number of local authorities providing support and accommodation for young people aged 16+ with Learning difficulties and Autism.
Domiciliary Home Care Service
We will provide person centred home care service by prioritising the well-being and comfort of our clients in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. Livingwell Service Ltd is an organisation that does more than just support and accommodate our clients. We will be a domiciliary and supported living care provider that enables and strengthens independence through care and support.
We will help our clients transform their lives and achieve their goals in the community by providing outstanding service for Adults and a separate provision for young people with care and support needs.
We hope to offer 24/7 assistance and tailor our services to the needs of different client groups, including Adolescents and Adults. We will also be partnering with the private housing sector to help our clients transition to independent living and self-reliance.
