
Supported Living for Adults
We will be providing support and accommodation for adults with learning difficulties and adults with additional needs who are ready to move from hospital or secured units to the community. Our service will be designed to create a calm and therapeutic environment where our clients can develop their skills and confidence. We will be working with each client to help them achieve their goals and eventually live independently with minimal or no support.

Clients we will be supporting: Adults with disability, autism, Mental health difficulties and Adults with additional needs.
Our services will include:

Support and accommodation for adults with Learning difficulties and Autism.

24/7 staff presence and one-to-one or two-to-one support as needed

Homely settings with maximum three clients per house to ensure high
quality of care -
Recovery and outcome-oriented support plans
